http://xdemonvillex.proboards.com The planes of Humans and "Magics" were never mean't to be crossed. Sometime, back in the medieval ages, someone, or something, managed to open a gate from our reality, to theirs. Demons, curious, crept through the gate. When humans encountered them, it was of timid dread. It was the stuff of horror stories. The boogeyman was told by mothers to frighten their children. The boogeyman was, in actuality, one of the first of the Demons to cross the line.
Vampires were the second to enter, but they, being the dominators of their world, decided that they would take their monarchies to the Human world, and established themselves as feared overlords. In opposition, Vampire Hunters made it their practice to take down the fanged fiends.
After that, more and more beings entered our world.
Since then, the Demonic Underground has been heard of only in myth. Tales of Fae, Angels, Demons, Vampires, and else were kept sealed away in tomes, away from human eyes. The Magical beings, knowing their place in THIS world, kept their heads where they should be: Out of the way.
